When you think of bacon recipes do you think of just breakfast with bacon and eggs?
We certainly hope not!
At TeamFund Fundraising, our Bacon Fundraiser allows schools, clubs, and non-profits to raise money while providing supporters with 11 POUND boxes of bacon.
Bacon and eggs would get preeetty boring after a while with that much bacon.
There is so much more to bacon than just breakfast.
We’ve compiled a list of 10 recipes, so let’s get right into it, shall we?

Stuffed
Bacon
Mushrooms
(We love these!)
INGREDIENTS:
- 24 medium to large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or Panko)
- 4 slices of crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Remove stems from mushrooms.
2. Mix the grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, and parsley in a bowl
3. Place mushrooms onto a sheet tray and then carefully stuff the mushrooms with the filling
4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes
5. Garnish with parsley.
Pasta
all’Amatriciana
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 large yellow onion
- 28-ounce can of whole tomatos
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Spaghetti (cooked)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook 4 slices of thick bacon in olive oil.
2. Add 1 chopped yellow onion and cook until soft.
3. Add a 28-ounce can of whole tomatoes, a pinch of red pepper flakes & 1 cup water;
4. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
5. Toss with 1 pound cooked spaghetti.

Nuts
(These are addicting)
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of crumbled, cooked bacon
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 2 Tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Beat 1 egg white until frothy
2. Toss with mixed nuts (pecans are great for this), Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and crumbled cooked bacon.
3. Bake at 325 degrees F, for about 10 minutes.

(Tenderloins are great for this)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 lb beef tenderloin
- Minced garlic
- Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Sliced bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rub beef tenderloin with minced garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
2. Wrap your steaks with bacon. Put in place with a toothpick.
3. Sear on all sides in an ovenproof skillet or castiron, then roast in a 400 degrees F oven until the meat registers 125 degrees F, 20 minutes.

Brussels
Sprouts
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices thick bacon
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook 6 slices of thick bacon and dice it in a skillet; drain the fat.
2. Separate 1 pound Brussels sprouts into leaves; stir-fry in the drippings.
3. Add 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tablespoons each teriyaki sauce and water, a pinch each of sugar and red pepper flakes, and the bacon.

Bacon-Crab
Dip
(Perfect as an appetizer
or for a party!)
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces crab meat
- 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 3 chopped scallions
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Breadcrumbs (measure with your heart)
To eat your dip with:
- Crackers or a baguette
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix 8 ounces each cream cheese and crabmeat, 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 chopped scallions and the juice of 1 lemon.
2. Spread in a baking dish; top with breadcrumbs.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
4. Eat with crackers or a fresh baguette!
Bacon
Brittle
(A new take on peanut brittle!)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 5 slices crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 Tbsp butter
- A pinch of cayenne
- A pinch of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil 2 cups sugar & 1 cup water in a saucepan, without stirring, until 340 degrees F, 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Stir in 1 cup salted peanuts, 5 slices crumbled cooked bacon, 1 tablespoon butter and a pinch each of cayenne and cinnamon.
3. Spread on a greased baking sheet to harden.

Fried
Rice
INGREDIENTS:
- 0.5 cup chopped bacon
- 0.5 cup chopped scallions
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook 1/2 cup chopped bacon in a frying pan.
2. Add 1/2 cup chopped scallions & 4 cups cooked rice; stir-fry until hot.
3. Add 3 beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon each sesame oil and grated ginger.
4. Stir-fry until the eggs are set.

Scallops
(These are a real treat!)
INGREDIENTS:
- Scallops
- Bacon
- Toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wrap bacon around scallops; secure with toothpicks.
2. Broil, turning, until crisp, 8 minutes.
3. You can also use cast iron to fry the edges making the bacon crispy!

Bacon
Slaw
INGREDIENTS:
- Scallops
- Bacon
- Toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook 6 slices thick-cut bacon in 1 tablespoon olive oil; drain and crumble.
2. Add 1/2 sliced red onion, 1/4 cup each cider vinegar and water, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds to the drippings.
3. Toss 6 cups shredded cabbage with the cooked bacon.
4. Serve!
