Pan Fry Instructions

  1. Heat your pan to medium heat
  2. Spray a small amount of water over your meat slices
  3. Place into the pan and heat for approximately 30 seconds
  4. Flip your meat slices and continue heating for another 30 seconds, or until fully heated through
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Microwave Instructions

  1. Heat desired amount of gyro strips on a microwave-safe plate for 45-60 seconds
  2. Stir halfway and increase cooking time if needed when heating a larger portion
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Serving Tips

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F for safe consumption
  • Serve on pita bread with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and a generous drizzle of tzatziki sauce. Add rice, potatoes, salad, or fries on the side to create a hearty Greek-inspired dinner
