Airdrie & District Soccer Association raised over $5800 in their Spring 2023 Fill Your Freezer Fundraiser! This soccer club has been able to raise almost $25K since 2020 with high-quality food options while earning an average of 20% profits from all sales with TeamFund!

About Airdrie & District Soccer Association

Airdrie & District Soccer Association is a soccer club serving Airdrie and neighbouring areas with a fun, safe, and inclusive soccer experience for their community! With 20+ teams, over 200 athletes, and 900+ members, ADSA supports soccer players from grassroots to competitive leagues and adult recreational soccer (for those of us who didn’t make the big leagues!)

Airdrie Soccer is always looking to level up and this year they aren’t stopping: they are working on a new field and have recently been accredited as a Quality Soccer Provider in June 2023.

The soccer club is proud of its achievements and is always aimed at being community leaders, developing leadership, teamwork, relationships, and personal developments to their athletes both on and off the field!

In order to maintain affordable programming and give soccer families an opportunity to reduce registration fees, Airdrie & District Soccer has partnered with TeamFund to run food fundraising opportunities.

A Soccer Fundraiser That Feeds Families & Reduces Registration Fees

One thing is for sure: running a large club requires a big budget. A consistent challenge of running a large soccer club is raising fees. Improving programs and being a top-notch soccer program means costs are rising as they gain new equipment, improve infrastructure, and develop coaches and new programming.

A key part of inclusivity is ensuring soccer is as financially barrier-free as possible for its members, which is why they have partnered with TeamFund to offer healthy food fundraisers for their community.

Parents and supporters can stock up on high-quality grocery staples, such as fresh Canadian bacon, Alberta beef steaks and burgers, locally sourced sausage, and more, from the Fill Your Freezer, and earn 20% of all sales for their soccer club.

In return, parents get delicious meats and meals for their freezer and ASDA gives 50% of their profits directly back to parents to help offset registration! The other 50% of profits helps the organization keep costs low and plan for future seasons.
