- Heat 1tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan to medium heat
- Place frozen gyoza plat side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown
- Add 1/4 cup of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-6 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until water has evaporated
