    Pan Fry Instructions (Potstickers)

    1. Place your potstickers flat side down with 1/2 cup of water and cover with a lid
    2. Heat on high for 5 minutes
    3. Uncover and lower the heat to medium
    4. Continue to cook until the water is evaporated and the bottoms are golden brown
    5. Serve and enjoy!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Place your appetizers in the air fryer in a single layer
    2. Cook at 350°F for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
    2. Take your chosen frozen appetizers and place them on a sheet pan in a single layer
    3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Tips

  • Bacon Wrapped Scallop Medallions

    Bacon Wrapped Scallop Medallions – Ready to cook from frozen!**


    Pan Fry Instructions

    1. Add cooking oil to a pan. The oil should be deep enough to cover half the height of your scallops.
    2. Heat until the oil is hot
    3. Fry the scallops in oil for 1 minute.
    4. Flip the scallops and fry for another minute
    5. Turn off the heat and keep the scallops in the oil for 5 minutes until fully cooked, turning frequently
    6. Serve and enjoy!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Place your scallops in a single layer into your air fryer
    2. Cook scallops at 370°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 425 °F
    2. Place your scallops on a baking sheet in a single layer
    3. Bake the scallops for 10 minutes
    4. Flip and bake for 5 more minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the scallops are firm and opaque
    5. Serve and enjoy!

    BBQ Instructions

    1. **Thaw scallops before cooking for this method.
    2. Preheat your barbeque to medium-high heat
    3. Place foil on the grill, spray with cooking oil, and place your scallops on the foil
    4. Close the lid and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently
    5. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Tips

    Cook scallops until flesh is milky white or opaque and firm (at least 145°F). Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavour!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Add your skewers in a single layer to your air fryer
    2. Cook at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil
    2. Place your skewers onto the baking sheet, leaving a couple of inches between each one
    3. Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    BBQ Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill to medium-high (approximately 400°F)
    2. Add your skewers to the BBQ or grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Tips

    Be sure to cook chicken to at least 165°F. for safe consumption.

    To thaw, place in the fridge overnight or defrost in the microwave.

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Place your boneless wings in the air fryer in a single layer
    2. Cook at 375°F for 14-18 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Once crispy, let them cool for 1-2 minutes

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F
    2. Place your boneless wings in a single layer onto your baking sheet
    3. Bake for 15-20 minutes
    4. Flip your chicken and bake for 6 more minutes until golden brown and cooked through

    Serving Tips

    Pan Fry Instructions

    1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
    2. Gently place the frozen meatballs, leaving a little space between them for even cooking
    3. Cook the meatballs for 8-10 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown

    Slow Cooker Instructions

    1. Place frozen meatballs into your slow cooker with some broth, gravy, and your favourite spices.

  • Italian Sausages (Hot or Mild)

    Mild Italian Sausage // Hot Italian Sausage – Thaw before cooking


    Pan Fry Instructions

    1. Cover the bottom of your frying pan with some water to prevent the outside of the sausage from burning
    2. Place the sausages into the pan and cover with a lid to trap in steam
    3. Cook on medium for 10-12 minutes
    4. Uncover and continue cooking until the water evaporates and a sear develops on the outside
    5. Serve and enjoy!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Line your air fryer in a single layer with the sausages
    2. Cook at 325°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F
    2. Place your sausages onto the baking sheet in a single layer
    3. Bake for 20-25 minutes
    4. Make sure to flip the sausages every 5-7 minutes to ensure even browning
    5. Serve and enjoy!

    BBQ Instructions

    1. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 350°F)
    2. Place your sausages onto the grill and sear for 15-20 minutes
    3. Make sure to turn the sausages every few minutes to ensure even cooking
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Tips

    Cook sausage to at least 160°F for safe consumption. Delicious on their own for a quick snack or to enjoy in your favourite italian recipes, such as an Easy Spicy Italian Sausage Skillet or Michael’s Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes.

  • Lean Bison Burgers

    Lean Bison Burgers – Thaw before cooking. 


    Pan Fry Instructions

    1. Place your pan on the stovetop and turn the heat to medium, allowing it to warm up
    2. Add a small amount of oil, butter, or margarine to the skillet (about 1 tbsp per burger)
    3. Place your patties into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Season burgers with your favourite spices
    2. Cook at 375°F for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even cooking
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    BBQ Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
    2. Press the bison burgers onto your grill
    3. Leave the patties on the open flame for 4-6 minutes
    4. Flip the burger and cook for another 4-6 minutes
    5. (Optional) Flip the burger one more time and put the cheese of your choice on the patty, allowing it to melt.
    6. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Tips

    Cook burgers to at least 160°F. for safe consumption. Add the burgers to a bun with your favourite toppings, ground the meat to use in your favourite recipes, or cook in marinara for a juicy meatball. Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) for an extra burst of flavour.

  • Perogies

    Potato, Romano, Bacon Perogies // Snack size Potato & Cheddar Perogies 

    Ready to cook from frozen!


    Stovetop Pan Instructions

    1. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with cooking oil, margarine, or butter and heat to medium
    2. Place frozen perogies into your pan and fry for approximately 3-4 minutes
    3. Turn over the perogies and brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes
    4. Once golden brown, remove perogies from the pan and serve!

    Air Fryer Instructions

    1. Line your air fryer in a single layer with perogies
    2. Cook at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
    3. Serve & enjoy!

    Conventional Oven Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F
    2. Coat your sheet pan with olive oil or non-stick spray to prevent the perogies from sticking or ripping
    3. Place your perogies in a single layer on your pan and toss to coat in the oil
    4. Roast for 20-30 minutes, flipping once halfway

    BBQ Instructions

    1. Place perogies on a double layer of aluminum foil
    2. Dot liberally with butter or margarine and season with salt and peppet
    3. Add 1-2 tbsp of water and (optional) chopped onions
    4. Wrap loosely and seal the edges of the foil
    5. Place on low to medium heat on the BBQ
    6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently

    Serving Tips

    Serve with your favourite toppings like sour cream, caramelized onions, or bacon bits!
