Mild Italian Sausage // Hot Italian Sausage – Thaw before cooking
Pan Fry Instructions
- Cover the bottom of your frying pan with some water to prevent the outside of the sausage from burning
- Place the sausages into the pan and cover with a lid to trap in steam
- Cook on medium for 10-12 minutes
- Uncover and continue cooking until the water evaporates and a sear develops on the outside
- Serve and enjoy!
Air Fryer Instructions
- Line your air fryer in a single layer with the sausages
- Cook at 325°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway
- Serve and enjoy!
Conventional Oven Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F
- Place your sausages onto the baking sheet in a single layer
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Make sure to flip the sausages every 5-7 minutes to ensure even browning
- Serve and enjoy!
BBQ Instructions
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 350°F)
- Place your sausages onto the grill and sear for 15-20 minutes
- Make sure to turn the sausages every few minutes to ensure even cooking
- Serve and enjoy!
Serving Tips
