How Does Our Online Store Work?
- TeamFund offers online food fundraisers that lasts about four weeks.
- We sell things like fresh bacon, burgers, steaks, and more, depending on your area.
- All orders are placed online, and we accept Visa, MC and Visa debit—no need to collect order forms and payments. (See all the fundraising options we have here)
- Groups earn a portion of each sale as profit-average profits are about 20% for each item sold.
- Your sellers (parents and members) register to join the fundraiser, where they can place orders and invite their supporters to buy from them. We keep track of sales and profits per seller.
- We deliver all the orders to your chosen location: only sellers will show up to gather their orders and their supporter’s orders; sellers then distribute their orders to their sellers. (See if we deliver to you here)
- We pay your profits in one lump sum after the delivery is over. We pay via e-transfer or cheque format.
- Parents love it, you’ll raise a lot and people need to eat: 80% of groups return within 6 months-so let’s do this again with you soon.
Since 2013, we’ve been helping groups in Alberta, parts of BC, part of Saskatchewan, Winnipeg, NWT and YT raise funds online with food.
We LOVE what we do!
STEP THREE: Your Food (& Profits!) Are Delivered
After your fundraiser ends, our vendors will prepare and deliver orders to your chosen location. Follow our easy instructions for a successful delivery day.
Shortly after delivery, your group gets paid!

The TeamFund platform has always been excellent to work with, quickly becoming an integral and impactful part of the successful fundraising strategy we implemented for our organization. We have raised several thousands of dollars through the past few years with TeamFund to help families cover the costs of tours and all kinds of “extras” – all via a slick and easy online platform that takes care of all the tracking and back-end work, meaningful returns, minimal volunteer hours required for distribution and with never having to have our families feel put upon to participate since groceries are something everyone needs! I’ve recommended and continue to highly recommend TeamFund to other organizations looking for ways effectively fundraise.
Don’t hesitate to try it out – one campaign, and you’ll be hooked 😊
