The Role
We are looking for a results-driven digital marketing contractor to manage our social content strategy and paid advertising campaigns.
This role combines organic content planning with hands-on paid ads management.
You will be responsible for both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Organic Social Media
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
Create and publish posts using HubSpot
Design graphics using Canva or similar tools
Write captions aligned with our target audience (schools, sports teams, parents)
Repurpose content across platforms
Track engagement and performance metrics
Paid Advertising
Manage Google Ads campaigns
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Monitor cost per lead and conversion rates
Optimize campaigns based on performance data
Test new audiences and creatives
Report monthly on ad spend and ROI
What Weâre Looking For
Proven experience managing paid ads (Google + Meta)
Strong understanding of cost-per-lead and performance metrics
Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing tools)
Comfortable working independently
Organized and process-driven
Able to align content strategy with seasonal business cycles
Must provide your own computer and software access
Reliable internet connection

About the Role
TeamFund is seeking a Part-Time Administrative & Sales Assistant (Contract) to support our growing fundraising platform. This position combines administrative duties with customer outreach and light sales work. If you’re organized, personable, and confident on the phone, this could be a great fit.
This is a remote, structured-hours role. Youâll be expected to work Monday to Thursday, approximately 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some limited flexibility for school drop-offs or personal appointments. Itâs ideal for someone looking for consistent daytime hours without a full-time commitment.
On occasion, we may send you out to visit groups to help oversee their deliveries. It’s the fun part: you get to present large cheques and help groups stay organized.
Work Schedule
This position follows the school-year calendar, making it ideal for individuals with children or others who prefer seasonal downtime:
Start Date: September
Work through Fall until mid-December
Winter Break Off
Resume in January, work until Late May/June
Summers Off: July and August are off
Spring Break Off: Aligned with the school calendar
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Customer Outreach:
Call existing and prospective clients (teams, clubs, schools) to follow up on inquiries, explain our fundraising model, and encourage next steps.Cold Calling & Follow-Up:
Make outbound calls to potential new clients. Youâll need to be comfortable introducing TeamFund and handling objections confidently.Customer Service:
Respond to emails and inbound phone calls. Youâll be the first point of contact for many of our users.CRM & Admin Tasks:
Maintain accurate records in our CRM, assist with tracking campaign details, and support the day-to-day flow of operations.Use of Tech Tools:
Work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Slack, Trello, and our CRM to stay organized and on-task.
What Weâre Looking For
Phone Confidence:
You must be at ease speaking with customers and prospects on the phone. This role involves outbound calling.Sales Attitude (Required):
You donât need to be pushy, but you must be proactive and motivated to reach out and follow up.Experience Not Required:
Weâll train the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admin is a plusâbut not required.Punctual & Reliable:
You can commit to showing up consistently during the expected work hours, with limited flexibility.Self-Starter:
Youâre organized, self-directed, and donât need to be micromanaged.Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems.Bonus: Fundraising Familiarity:
Experience with minor sports, school fundraising, or community campaigns is a strong asset.

We are expanding into new markets and looking for a driven outbound sales contractor to help generate new opportunities and reactivate past leads.
The Role
This is an outbound-focused role. You can make your own schedule as we focus more on results NOT number of hours-hense why we offer bonuses.
You will be responsible for:
Calling past and inactive leads in our CRM
Researching and building new lead lists (schools, sports teams, community groups)
Making outbound cold calls daily
Creating and qualifying prospects
Booking meetings for leadership
Updating and maintaining clean CRM records
Tracking daily outreach activity
This role is about disciplined follow-up, consistent calling, and organized execution.
Who This Role Is Ideal For
This role is well suited for someone who understands how school and youth sports fundraising works â either through personal involvement or professional experience.
You will be speaking regularly with volunteer coaches, fundraising coordinators, school councils, and parent-run organizations. Familiarity with how these groups operate and make decisions is a strong advantage.
If you are organized, comfortable on the phone, and understand the rhythm of school and sports fundraising cycles, you will perform well in this role.
Training & Support
Outbound sales experience is preferred but not required.
