The school serves grades four through nine. Their outdoor education program and outdoor experiences are a unique way to engage students in learning to be able to see what they’ve been taught in real context.Â
One way the school supports its programs and initiatives is through effective school fundraising ideas. Connect Charter School returns twice a year to work with TeamFund Fundraising, running a Spring Fundraiser and Fall Fundraiser with Spolumbos and Bow River Meat.Â
The parent committee and volunteers are key to the success of these school fundraising efforts. The school has a consistent knowledgeable crew every year along with a few new volunteers. The crew combines team building with their school fundraising efforts. Â
Participants in the online fundraiser have the opportunity to order delicious food online to feed their families, all while supporting a school that builds leadership skills and innovative mindsets for their students.Â
Twice a year; once in the fall and then in the spring, Connect Charter consistently raises between $6,000 – $8,500 with TeamFund Fundraising. Since it is online fundraising, the school loves the added benefits of no order forms, finding space for inventory, or chasing payments.
Instead, their volunteers are able to focus on promoting their online fundraiser and making sure everyone gets their order on delivery day!
