Crushers Baseball Raises $3.7K with Food

This Spring, Crushers Baseball has raised $3.7K to help cover equipment, field maintenance, and keeping fees low for their young athletes’ families!

About Crushers Baseball

Crushers Baseball is a thriving youth baseball organization based out of Chestermere, Alberta. The organization offers a wide range of baseball programming for youth aged 6-18 from Little League to competitive baseball. They provide a fun atmosphere to play the great sport of baseball in the summer season from May to August.

In order to keep programming affordable, Crushers Baseball has a Board of Directors that prepares fundraising initiatives to support the teams financially, as well as bring the community together.

One of their biggest fundraisers is a 50/50 raffle, but for families who are in a tight financial spot or who don’t want to participate in “chance” lotteries or raffles, the Fill Your Freezer Fundraiser has become an integral part of their fundraising strategy.

This May, Crushers Baseball was able to raise $3,750.50 to support their young athletes. These funds went towards equipment, field maintenance, and keeping fees low for their athletes.
