About Wainwright Lacrosse Association
Wainwright Lacrosse Association is home to the Wainwright Wolfpack, giving young athletes in Wainwright and the surrounding area the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow through competitive lacrosse.
Before 2020, they had a player base of ~150, and have spent the last 6 years rebuilding to back up to 90 players. This year, they were able to bring back U7, allowing younger players to actually play with kids their age.
With a busy spring season filled with practices, games, and tournaments, the club needs fundraising to generate meaningful results without adding unnecessary stress to families.
Their very first campaign with TeamFund raised an impressive $4819.44 to support their athletes.

The Fill Your Freezer fundraiser was a strong fit, because instead of asking supporters to purchase something they may not need, families could stock up on practical food they could use throughout the summer months while supporting the club.
This fundraiser offers a variety of high-quality frozen burgers, steaks, sausage, chicken, entrees, snacks, and desserts that are perfect for busy weeknights, effortless hosting, and summer gatherings.
For families moving between school, work, lacrosse practice, tournaments, and weekend plans, having food ready in the freezer that’s easy to prepare offers unmatched value.
Supporting the Wolfpack meant more than offering a donation. Families could purchase products they already use while directly helping their local lacrosse community.
Wolfpack Lacrosse Fundraising Results
The Wolfpack launched their first Fill Your Freezer campaign on March 30 and wrapped up sales on April 30, just as the lacrosse season was getting underway.
As a result, Wainwright Lacrosse Association raised $4,819 in just one campaign, an exciting result and strong foundation for future campaigns with TeamFund.
