Wagyu Beef Gyozas – Just heat and eat – no need to thaw!


Pan Fry Instructions

  1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan to medium heat
  2. Place frozen gyoza plat side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Uncover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until water has evaporated
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Air Fryer Instructions

  1. Line your air fryer in a single layer with the gyoza (don’t overcrowd)
  2. Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Conventional Oven Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F
  2. Add your gyoza into a single layer on a lined or greased baking sheet
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through, flipping halfway, until heated through and lightly browned.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Serving Tips

Serve as a satisfying snack or tasty addition to your noodle bowl or stir fry. Try with sesame dumpling sauce, soy sauce, or any of your favourite gyoza dipping sauces.
